My story.

I have been in the thick of developing people skills for many years, now devoting my time and attention to Dear HR. I care emphatically about work and wellbeing matters. I have spent many years transforming individuals and businesses, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their personal and business goals. I have coached, trained, developed, negotiated, counselled, advised, mediated, motivated and at times challenged the status quo. The end game is about improved work/life outcomes and overall business success.
